Inclusion Criteria
Parents and teachers and pedagogical specialists of children with ADHD (age 5-8) with a professional diagnosis and/or pronounced ADHD symptoms.
Exclusion Criteria
Parents and children with severe mental disorders; participation on interfering programs; severe developmental deficits of the children, insufficient knowledge of German

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Reduction of psychological stress levels in participating parents and teachers/pedagogical specialists. Stress levels in parents, teachers, and pedagogical specialists will be measured 4 weeks before the start of the intervention and immediately after the intervention by means of the Symptom Checklist-90-R by L. R. Derogatis (SCL-90-R).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Parents: feeling of competence, affect perception. (Instruments: Fragebogen zum Kompetenzgefühl von Eltern; Eltern-Belastungs-Inventar; Fragebogen zur Lebenszufriedenheit; Situations-Reaktions-Fragebogen zur Messung elterlicher Sensitivität; Skalen zum Erleben von Emotionen, Elternfragebogen über Problemsituationen in der Familie; Elternstressfragebogen). Teachers/pedagogical specialists: work satisfaction, school-related/pedagogical self-efficacy (Index of Teaching Stress; Lehrer-Angst und Stressinventar; Fragebogen zur Verhaltensbeurteilung im Unterricht). Children: ADHD symptoms, problem behavior, quality of life (Instruments: Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire; DISYPS-FBB-SSV; DISYPS-FBB-ADHS; Kinderversion der Testbatterie zur Aufmerksamkeitsprüfung; Kiddy-KINDL). Testing of parents, teachers/pedagogical experts, and children will take place four weeks before the start of the intervention and immediately after the intervention.
