1 Male patients of age between 50 to 80 years.
2 Patients having signs and symptoms of Vatastheela (BPH)
3 Patients having grade 1 & grade 2 Prostatomegaly.
4 Patients fit for Basti karma
1 Age below 50 years & above 80 years.
2 Patients having grade 3 & grade 4 Prostatomegaly.
3 Patients suffering from malignancy, congenital deformities of urogenital
tract, chronic kidney disease or any other pelvic pathology.
4 Systemic diseases like uncontrolled hypertension (HT) & diabetes mellitus
(DM), tuberculosis (TB),Paralysis, Parkinsonism etc. will be excluded.
5 Acute & chronic prostatitis, prostatic abscess, urethral stricture etc.
6 PSA more than 4 ng/ml.
7 Patients not fit for Basti karma.
