Inclusion Criteria
Drug resistant mesial temporal lobe epilepsy
A radiological diagnosis of MTS
Willing for surgery and the study
Exclusion Criteria
Drug resistant neo-cortical, temporal plus or extra- temporal lobe epilepsy
No MTS on MRI or having neoplastic and vascular lesions
Not willing for the surgery/study
