1. Mild or Severe depression
2. Age: 18 to 60 years
3. Either gender
4. Right handedness
History of any other Axis I disorder or substance dependence (except nicotine) in the last 12 months.
2. Those with contra-indications for TMS [check list-Trans cranial magnetic stimulation adult safety screen (TASS)]
3. Current pregnant or postpartum state.
4. Presence of co-morbid neurological or general medical disorder that can alter mood states as clinically assessed or that may interfere with the practice of yoga.
5. Depression patients with catatonia/agitation/psychomotor retardation.
6. Previous practice of yoga or other mind-body technique/s (the participant should not
have taken more than 4 classes in the past 6 months and not more than 1 class in the past month).
