Healthy non-smokers between the ages of 20 and 65 years, consistent raw food nutrition with strict avoidance of the consumption of heated food (since at least 4 months), existing health insurance
Smokers, coffee drinkers, acute infection, kidney disease, bladder emptying disorder, severe chronic illness (eg the following medical conditions: heart attack, stroke, cancer, type 2 diabetes, BMI = 30 kg / m²), long-term medication, pregnancy within the last 12 months or breastfeeding within the last 6 months
