Inclusion Criteria

19-65 years
Diagnosis of type 1 bipolar disorder according to DSM5 criteria
Having at least three of the 5 characteristics of metabolic syndrome

Exclusion Criteria

Take vitamin E and omega-3 supplements in the last trimester
Having a history of thyroid disease, kidney disease, chronic or severe internal disease (cancer, autoimmune disease, cardiac ischemia, and liver disease).
Patients with unstable drug conditions (patients who have entered the acute phase of the disease due to discontinuation of the drug and have delusions and hallucinations and severe symptoms of the disease, people who are hospitalized after discontinuation of the drug, people whose disease is new It has been diagnosed and it is not yet clear which drug group and which dose is better
Other types of neurological diseases, including epilepsy, mental retardation, type 2 bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, autism, etc.
Individuals receiving psychological and psycho therapeutic interventions
