Major inclusion criteria to the study: have a Iranian nationality citizen? Have a consent to participate in the study? be between 35-65 years old ? Not in pregnant or breast feeding periods ? Do not have the sever experience of stress in 8 recent week ? Do not use the herbal supplements or aloe vera for lowering the blood sugar in the last 8 week? her/his BMI is between 20-30 ? In the 2-3 recent month; his or her HbA1c is between 4/6-7/5% ? The fasting blood glucose level is between 100-125 mg/dl?
The level of HDL is less than 35 mg/dl? The level of Triglycerides is between 200-300 mg/dl? Do not detected the hepatic and renal failure? Do not have the elective surgery in next two month ? Is not affected the acute infections ? Is not going to go traveling more than a week ?Do not use any herbal supplement or drug for lowering the glucose of blood.
Major exclusion criteria to the study:
Be deterred from continuing to participate in the study? Become pregnant during the study ?Traveling more than a week? Had to be hospitalized for a while ? use another kind of herbal medicines during the study ? he or she is creating Significant changes of exercise, physical activity and diet,in the last 2 months? Have a major complication of extract in the middle of study ? Have severe stress such as the death of a close ; during the study? not to use the Extract more than one consecutive week? Him or her BMI is more than 30 ? Have a history of cardiovascular disease? Have a History of high cholesterol more than?300 His or her blood pressure is more than 130/60.
