Inclusion Criteria
Patients were included in the study if they showed normal sinus rhythm on preoperative electrocardiogram and preoperative ejection fraction > 50% with normal left ventricular basal lateral segment wall motion on preoperative echocardiographic evaluation
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria were age < 18, combined valvular heart disease or peak early diastolic velocity of lateral mitral annuls (E') = 8.5 cm/s at immediately after anesthetic induction.
