Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are willing to give informed consent
Patients of age 18-60 years.
ASA grade 1 & 2
Patients with BMI 19-25 kg/m2
Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal.
Patients with history of anemia
Patients with hypotension ( SBP < 90 / MAP < 60 )
Patients who are allergic to nitrates
Patient on phosphodiesterase inhibitors, antihypertensives, sympathomimetics
