Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Smokers who smoke at least 5 cigarettes / day, over the age of 18, are clinically stable and have not had medication changes for at least 30 days, have a desire to stop smoking and participate in the anti\-smoking program and individuals physically inactive according to physical activity level assessment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Smokers who meet the following exclusion criteria will be excluded: individuals with pathological conditions that prevent physical exercise (orthopedic, neurological diseases, uncontrolled hypertension) and people who have lost more than 20 pounds in the last year.
