Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients aged > 18 years

2.Either Sex

3.Confirmed cases of Covid-19 by RT-PCR

4.Patients able to take oral drug.

5.Patients requiring NIV or NRBM for maintaining saturation

6. Patients who have started with Tab Ivermectin and Cap Doxycycline before admission to ICU

7. Patients who have completed the Tab Ivermectin 12mg OD for 3 days and Cap Doxycycline 100mg BD for 5 days before admission in ICU

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients < 18 years

2. Patients with drowsy on admission to ICU

3. Patients who are drowsy and not able to take orally

4.Patients who did not complete the Tab Ivermectin and Cap Doxycycline as per protocol

5.Patients with Liver diseases.

6.Patients with ischaemic heart disease.

7.Pregnant or lactating women.
