Inclusion Criteria
16 to 35 years old
mediolateral episiotomy
mother without underlying disease
no history of chemo therapy
no allergy to antibiotics
not using immunosuppressive or antibiotic medicine
not using alcohol or tobacco
absence of symptomatic vaginitis or lesion or skin allergy in preinea
Exclusion Criteria
Prolonged rupture of membrane (more than 18 hour).
Vaginal delivery with tools.
Third- and fourth-degree perineal tearing

Name Time Method Percent of Episiotomy site infection with usage of prophilactic antibiotics. Timepoint: 7 days after vaginal delivery.
