Inclusion Criteria
Inclution criteria :clinical diagnosis Myofascial Pain Syndrom in upper trapezius based on active trigger points which recognized by reoccurrence of pain or increase pain by finger pressing and taut band touch.
Exclusion criteria:fracture of the cervical spine or surgery of the neck; myelopathy or radiculopathy of neck; psychological illness or cognitive impairment; (taking corticosteroids oral )or intravenous or narcotics; pregnancy;coagulopathy

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Intensity of Pain. Timepoint: Before treatment, consequently after treatment (in two weeks of starting treatment) and a 1 month after completed the treatment. Method of measurement: VAS 0-10.
