No response to the clinical treatment with topical steroid/ anti-histaminic associated with nasal decongestant.
Nasal trauma causing septal deviation (chronic)
Sinonasal tumour
Patient not fit for surgery
Septoplasty done with rhinoplasty or as an entry point to other sites
Septal perforation
Craniofacial congenital anomalies
Acute Nasal trauma/fracture
