- •- unrestricted sporting ability (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)
Exclusion Criteria
- •- severe cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic and psychiatric diseases
- •- recommendation of a physician not to engage in physical activity or medical advice not to be physically active to full degree
- •- simultaneous participation in other studies
