1 patients who were diagnosed chronic rhinosinusitis and undergoing functional sinus surgery in KIng Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital
2 age 18 65 years old
3 American Society of Anesthesiologist ASA Physical Status 1 2
4 Elective surgery
1 allergy to drugs which were used in this study
2 involving to intracranial surgery
3 more than 1 operation in the same time
4 psychotic problems or mental diseases
5 difficulty to communicate
6 severe cardiac liver or kidney disease
7 pregnancy
8 severe nasal polyposis
10 severe nasal polyposis radiologic opacification more than 50 of the sinuses Lund McKay classification
