Inclusion Criteria

1. The patient is scheduled for abdominal surgery , aged 18 to 85 years;
2. The patient had no serious heart, lung and brain diseases, the patients had no serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system;
3. Patients with independent thinking ability, no mental illness;
4. Informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. There are corresponding contraindications for enema, such as mechanical ileus caused by internal hernia, volvulus and anastomotic stenosis, paralytic ileus and strangulated ileus secondary to retroperitoneal infection and electrolyte disorder;
2. During the perioperative period, the patients were treated with other drugs to accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and TCM treatment measures, such as acupoint application, ear acupoints, acupuncture and so on.
