1. Patients suffering from post-stroke hemiparesis (ICD 10 - I69.354) for 3 months or more with MRC score between 1 and 4.
2. Age between 30 and 70 years
3. Patients of both sexes including transgender
4. Literate patients; ability to read English, Bengali or Hindi and illiterate people will be interviewed by the investigators maintaining adequate privacy to fill up the scales or questionnaires
5. Willing to take part in the study and give written informed consent voluntarily.
1. Hemiparesis due to causes other than stroke
2. Patient having other neurological condition such as previous head injury or spinal cord injuries, dementia and seizures
3. Patient having psychological or mental instability
4. Inability to communicate verbally and comprehensively as a result of global aphasia
5. Have stroke like symptoms due to subdural hematoma, brain tumor, encephalitis, or head trauma
6. Patients who are too ill for consultation
7. Vulnerable population- Unconscious, non-ambulatory, too ill for consultation, differently abled, terminally ill or critically ill patients, institutionalized persons, mentally disabled people.
8. Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, or any other systemic illness or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any other organ
9. Pregnant and postpartum women, nursing mothers
10. Patients on tobacco chewing and/or smoking, alcoholism and/or any other forms of substance abuse and/or dependence
11. Self-reported immune-compromised condition
12. Already been in homoeopathic treatment for any chronic illness for the last 6 months.
13. Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trial.
14. Patient having history of multiple strokes.
