Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age between 18 and 40 years; Have a medical diagnosis of patellar tendinitis; Present pain in the region of the patellar tendon; Agreement not to undergo any physical therapy or other rehabilitation procedure during the research period or less than six months; Agreement to not undergo any drug treatment during the research period.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Have undergone physiotherapeutic treatment or other rehabilitation procedure in the last six months; Present serious cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological and orthopedic diseases; Missing three consecutive appointments without prior notice to the research team.
