Investigators
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Male or female children aged 3 to 8 years old;
- •2\. Imaging examination suggests pneumonia;
- •3\. Positive result of etiological examination of Mycoplasma pneumoniae;
- •4\. Gene mutation at position 2063 or 2064;
- •5\. The parents of the subjects will be signed informed consent, and to be able to cooperate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Children are associated with other serious respiratory diseases such as congenital tracheoesophageal fistula, congenital malformation, airway compression of laryngotracheal bronchomalacia and (or) stenosis, bronchial cyst, mediastinal tumor, ciliary dyskinesia;
- •2\. Children are with severe liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, endocrine diseases, blood system diseases, nervous system diseases;
- •3\. Children are to test drug allergy;
- •4\. According to the doctor's judgment, Children are easy to cause the loss of visitors.
