Inclusion Criteria
1. patient age >= 18 years
2. postoperative FESS in Srinagarind hostpital in 4 weeks
3. opening of all sinus adequately
4. be able to cooperative
Exclusion Criteria
1. DNS which not have correct
2. tumor in paranasal sinus or nasal cavity
3. use to skull base surgry before
4. fibrous that obstruct or inadequate opening of sinus
5. allergy cintrast media or seafood
6. pregnancy
7. acute sinusitis
8. cleft lip and not yet surgery for repaire
9. allergic xylocaine or oxymetazoline
