- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To study changes in Cerebral Blood Flow Volume (CBF Vol) and Cerebral Flow velocities (FV) before and after intra-arterial vasodilator therapy in patients with anterior circulation aneurysmal sub arachnoid hemorrhage.Timepoint: Baseline, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min, 25 min, 30 min, 2 hrs, 4 hrs and 24 hrs
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess cerebral auto regulatory status with TCD using transient hyperemic response ratio (THRR) before and after intra-arterial vasodilator therapy.Timepoint: Baseline, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min, 25 min, 30 min, 2 hrs, 4 hrs and 24 hrs;To compare changes in CBF Vol and FV of affected intracranial vessel to extracranial internal carotid artery (ICA) before and after intra-arterial vasodilator therapy.Timepoint: Baseline, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min, 25 min, 30 min, 2 hrs, 4 hrs and 24 hrs;To correlate ultrasonographic (USG) measurements of cerebral vessels to DSA based measurement.Timepoint: Baseline, 30 min
