- •Patients undergoing thoraco lumbar spine surgeries requiring
- •laminectomy/laminotomy/fusion
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Grade- I or II
- •Body Mass Index (BMI) >18 and < 35
排除标准
- •History of relevant drug allergy
- •Coagulopathy
- •History of psychiatric illness/ drug abuse
- •Infection at planned site
- •Chronic analgesic use
- •Psychological inability to understand VAS
- •Inability to operate PCA pump
- •Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, neurological or metabolic disease
