Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing thoraco lumbar spine surgeries requiring
laminectomy/laminotomy/fusion
American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Grade- I or II
Body Mass Index (BMI) >18 and < 35
Exclusion Criteria
History of relevant drug allergy
Coagulopathy
History of psychiatric illness/ drug abuse
Pregnancy
Infection at planned site
Chronic analgesic use
Psychological inability to understand VAS
Inability to operate PCA pump
Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, neurological or metabolic disease
