Acute or sub-acute low back pain
Postural syndrome and dysfunction syndrome
According to McKenzie classification
Work more than 5 hours per day
Working days 6 days per week
Exclusion Criteria
Any previous spine surgery
Spinal pathology
Cardiac disease patient
Pregnancy
