Inclusion Criteria
Willing to participate.
Age group of 20 years - 50 years.
At least 1 years of working experience.
Patients with postural syndrome only
8 hours duty with 1hr break( 8:00am- 5:00pm)
Participant has to report WMSDs in neck region of his/her body
Exclusion Criteria
Degenerative cervical pathology with radiculopathy
Cardiovascular diseases, medical history (e.g. heart failure, chest pain during physical exercise, stroke and myocardial infarction).
Severe or traumatic injury to the neck regions for the past year.
psychiatric, pathological or neurological disorders.
