Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with pressure ulcer injuries
2. Patients aged between 18 years to 99 years.
3. Admitted and discharged in a selected tertiary care hospital and going home with pressure ulcer injury.
4. Patients with caregivers.
Patients and caregivers living in Udupi district.
5. Caregivers aged between 18 years to 50 years.
6. Caregivers with an Android smartphone.
Exclusion Criteria
1. 4th degree pressure ulcer injuries.
2. Burn injury patients.
3. Oncology patients.
4. Neurology patients.
5. Caregivers who are not willing to participate in the study.
