Inclusion Criteria

In this initial trial the treatment group will be patients admitted to Waikato Hospital Emergency Department or Cardiology department, who are known to suffer from intractable coronary disease

Exclusion Criteria

–Hypersensitivity to cannabinoids
–History of Schizophrenia
–Pregnant or breast feeding mothers
