In the first hypothesis, "Perceived stress between aroma-treated experimental group and untreated control group will be different" was supported (F = 6.441, p = <.001). 2) Among the first hypothesis, "The stress index of the experimental group that received the inhalation treatment of the secret oil and the untreated control group differed" (F = 2.509, p = .067). 3) In the second hypothesis, "Anxiety is different between an experimental group that received inhalation therapy and an untreated control group" (F = 4.794, p = .032). 4) Among the third hypothesis, "the difference in systolic blood pressure between the experimental group receiving the inhalation treatment and the untreated control group" (F = 3.245, p = .023) was supported in the aroma. 5) Among the third hypothesis, "diastolic blood pressure difference between the experimental group receiving the inhalation treatment and the untreated control group is different" (F = 1.701, p = .168). 6) Among the third hypothesis, "the heart rate difference between the experimental group receiving the inhalation treatment and the untreated control group was different" (F = 2.128, p = .106). 7) In the fourth hypothesis "Aroma", there was a difference in sleep quality between the experimental group receiving the inhalation treatment and the untreated control group (F = 4.057, p = .008).
