Inclusion Criteria
Adults more than 18 years of age diagnosed with unilateral Inguinal hernia
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with age less than 18 years
2. Acute complications like obstruction, strangulation, incarceration and critically ill patients
3. Previously operated patient for inguinal hernia with recurrence
