Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:<br><br> - >18 years of age<br><br> - Kidney donors<br><br> - Nephrectomy for transplantation<br><br> - Laparoscopic surgery<br><br>Exclusion Criteria:<br><br> - Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease grade III-IV<br><br> - existing structural lung disease (eg. interstitial lung disease)<br><br> - Pulmonary hypertension (>25 mmHg)
