Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients who scheduled for elective surgery under spinal anesthesia, 2. Have no diabetes mellitus, 3. Baseline blood sugar < 125 mg/dl, 4. ASA physical status I-II, 5. Apfel score 2 or more

Exclusion Criteria

1. BMI<18.5 or > 40 kg/m2, 2. Steroid use within 30 days, 3. Allergy to study drugs, 4. Epilepsy, GI bleeding, gut obstruction, 5. Taking medications with extrapyramidal side effects, 6. Cirrhosis child B and C, 7. CKD stage 3-5 (GFR<60 ml/min), 8. Peptic ulcer, 9. Operation more than 4 hours, 10. Convert to general anesthesia, 11. Receive dextrose containing fluid is given during the study period, 12. Pregnancy, 13. Other contraindications of the study drugs
