Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged over 18 years. Patients with chronic kidney disease treated by regular hemodialysis for at least 90 days. Phosphorus serum concentration above 5.5 mg/dL in the month prior to randomization as guidelines K-DOQI.
Exclusion Criteria
Impossibility of feeding orally in the last three months. Clinical complications that change the patient's appetite for more than a week.

Name Time Method Statistically significant decrease of hyperphosphatemia in the intervention group after follow-up of 6 months through nutrition education strategies focused on food additives.
