Inclusion Criteria
- •The patient whose systolic blood pressure is more than 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure is more than 110 mmHg visiting emergency room.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Newely developed pulmonary edema, altered mental status, or neurologic defect.
- •2. suspected acute coronary syndrome or aortic dissection.
- •3. Recent history of surgery, acute trauma, body temperature > 38.3 °C, psychotic disorder.
