- •3.Seizure disorder on medication
- •4.Liver dysfunction (elevated transaminases)
- •5.Chronic renal disease (Creatinine >1.4mg/dl)
- •6.Opioid dependence
- •7.Cardiac dysfunction (Ejection fraction <40%)
- •8.Uncontrolled Hypertension
- •9.Calcium channel blocker
- •10.Morbid obesity (BMI >35)
- •11.Allergy to any of the drugs
