Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age 18\-70 yrs.
  • •2\.ASA 1\&2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient refusal
  • •2\.ASA 3 and more
  • •3\.Seizure disorder on medication
  • •4\.Liver dysfunction (elevated transaminases)
  • •5\.Chronic renal disease (Creatinine \>1\.4mg/dl)
  • •6\.Opioid dependence
  • •7\.Cardiac dysfunction (Ejection fraction \<40%)
  • •8\.Uncontrolled Hypertension
  • •9\.Calcium channel blocker
  • •10\.Morbid obesity (BMI \>35\)
