Inclusion Criteria
wheat allergy patients age 5-15 years were included in the study, defined by either
1. convincing history of wheat allergy + SPT and/or Specific IgE positive to wheat
2. positive OFC result
Exclusion Criteria
patients with history of grain anaphylaxis
