- •1. Patient willing to give informed consent.
- •2. Patients age between 18 and 60 years of either gender.
- •3. American society of anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) grade 1 and grade 2 patients.
- •4. Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgeries.
排除标准
- •1. Patient allergy to dexmedetomidine, Lignocaine and other alpha-2 agonists.
- •2. Patients on pain perception modifying drugs and beta blockers.
- •3. Patient with impaired mental status, Alcohol or drug abuse.
- •4. Pregnant patients and patients with autonomic neuropathies.
