- •clinical signs of hypothyroidism, TSH>10 mIU/L, normal function of kidney, not having systemic diseases.
- •Exclusion criteria: taking drugs such as Phenobarbital, Phenytoin, Tamoxifen, Methotrexate, Theophylline, having diabetes, anemia or other systemic diseases, pregnancy, smoking
