入选标准
- •1.Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of Depression as per ICD-10
- •2.Drug Naïve patients of depression attending LGBRIMH OPD or admitted for inpatient treatment at LGBRIMH.
- •3.Age- 18 to 45 years
- •4.Duration of illness <2years
- •5.Willing to provide informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Patients fulfilling criteria for depression with psychotic symptoms according to ICD-10 (F 32.3)
- •2.Chronic medical illness or any comorbid psychiatric disorders
- •3.History of use of any substance in dependence pattern except nicotine and caffeine
- •4.BMI >23kg/m2
- •5.Haemoglobin level <13mg/dL in males and <12mg/dL in females with MCV >100fL
- •6.Illiterate patients
