Patients over 18 years old and 80 years old who agreed to participate in the study
Patients undergoing knee joint replacement surgery
Patients with infection at the site of blockade
Patients with chronic opiate dependence
Patients with pathological obesity (BMI> 35)
Patients with a preceding neurological deficit
