Inclusion Criteria

American Society of Anesthesiologists Body Rating Classifications I, II, III
Patients over 18 years old and 80 years old who agreed to participate in the study
Patients undergoing knee joint replacement surgery

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with infection at the site of blockade
Patients with chronic opiate dependence
Patients with pathological obesity (BMI> 35)
Patients with a preceding neurological deficit
Bleeding patients
Patients with allergy to ropivacaine, naloxone
Patients with Uncontrolled Diabetes

A psychiatric problem
Patient rejection
