- Brief Summary
In this study, various parameters like BMI (Body Mass Index), Skinfold Thickness, Muscle Girths, Waist Circumference, and Lower Limb Length will be measured using appropriate tools such as a stadiometer, digital scale, calipers, and measuring tape. Procedures include calculating BMI from weight and height, measuring skinfolds on the thigh and calf, recording muscle girths at specific points, determining lower limb length from the ASIS (Anterior Superior Iliac Spine) to the malleolus, and assessing waist circumference above the navel. Lower limb strength will be evaluated through the Wall Squat Test and Heel Raise Test, while the Vertical Jump Test will measure jump height using the difference between standing reach and jump marks. All tests involve clear instructions, proper positioning, and recorded results. Data will be collected and analyzed.
