Inclusion Criteria
•age >/= 18 years
•voluntariness
•verbal declaration of consent after telephone enlightenment
•sufficient knowledge of German language
•>/= 7 days stay on an intensive care unit and at least 3 days of ventilation
Exclusion Criteria
•employees of the principal investigator or of the establishment, who/which is involved in trial
•participants who are not enlightenment capable because of verbal, psychic or somatic reasons
•missing declaration of consent

Name Time Method •to determine the influence of an underlying disease and comorbidity of ICUAW<br>•to detect the impairment of life quality and daily life routine due to ICUAW<br>•to differentiate various symptoms (e.g. pain, sensory disturbance, motoric weakness) to be able to create a somatosensory profile<br>•to retrospectively detect risk factors which prevent/ facilitate the development or chronification of ICUAW<br>
