Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Child presenting with septic shock (Defined as per ACCM guidelines)
- •2\.Age, 1 month to 12 year old
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Received fluid bolus \> 20ml per kg within 24 hrs of enrollment
- •2\.On any inotropic support
- •3\.Known c/o Heart disease
- •4\.Known c/o Chronic Renal disease
- •5\.Known c/o Chronic Respiratory disease
- •6\.Dengue shock syndrome
- •7\.Refusal to give consent
