Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Child presenting with septic shock (Defined as per ACCM guidelines)
  • •2\.Age, 1 month to 12 year old

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Received fluid bolus \> 20ml per kg within 24 hrs of enrollment
  • •2\.On any inotropic support
  • •3\.Known c/o Heart disease
  • •4\.Known c/o Chronic Renal disease
  • •5\.Known c/o Chronic Respiratory disease
  • •6\.Dengue shock syndrome
  • •7\.Refusal to give consent
