- •1.Child presenting with septic shock (Defined as per ACCM guidelines)
- •2.Age, 1 month to 12 year old
排除标准
- •1.Received fluid bolus > 20ml per kg within 24 hrs of enrollment
- •2.On any inotropic support
- •3.Known c/o Heart disease
- •4.Known c/o Chronic Renal disease
- •5.Known c/o Chronic Respiratory disease
- •6.Dengue shock syndrome
- •7.Refusal to give consent
