Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age \= 20
- •2\. Americal Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I, II, III
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age\< 20
- •2\. Underlying lung disease (asthema, chronic obstructive lung disease, interstitial lung disease, restrictive lung disease)
- •3\. Abnormal findings over moderate grade in preoperative pulmonary function test
- •4\. High risk group of pleural addhesion (previous lung surgery, pneumothorax, pulmonary tuberculosis, lung neoplasm)
- •5\. Pleural effusion
- •6\. Emergerncy surgery
- •7\. Obesity (body mass index \=30 kg/m2\)
- •8\. Pregnancy
- •9\. Difficult airway cases
