- •3.Presenting within 12 Hours of ingestion

- •1.Patients with mixed compound poisioning
- •2.Patients with carbamate poisioning
- •3.Intubated and mechanically ventilated before presentation
- •4.Received more than 1 dose of pralidoxime before randomization
