Inclusion Criteria
Pediatric residents and pediatric nursing staff who have undergone basic training in neonatal resuscitation within the previous 2 years
Exclusion Criteria
Residents and nurses who have not been trained to perform neonatal resuscitation, those who have underwent formal NRP training within 3 months from the date of enrolment
