Inclusion Criteria
Paediatric patients aged between 3-16 years of either sex with type I , type II , type III supracondylar humerus fracture will be enrolled in present study
Open supracondylar humerus fracture up to Gustilo- Anderson classification IIIA
Exclusion Criteria
Associated with other fractures in the ipsilateral upper limb .
Patients with history of deformity , contracture , neurodeficits in ipsilateral upper limb.
Open supracondylar humerus fracture Gustilo-Anderson classification IIIB , IIIC
