- •Paediatric patients aged between 3-16 years of either sex with type I , type II , type III supracondylar humerus fracture will be enrolled in present study
- •Open supracondylar humerus fracture up to Gustilo- Anderson classification IIIA
排除标准
- •Associated with other fractures in the ipsilateral upper limb .
- •Patients with history of deformity , contracture , neurodeficits in ipsilateral upper limb.
- •Open supracondylar humerus fracture Gustilo-Anderson classification IIIB , IIIC
