Patient undergoing abdominal hysterectomy or abdominal hysterectomy with saplingo-oophorectomy
Exclusion Criteria
Previous abdominal surgery
Allergy to levobupivacaine, dexamethasone or morphine
Chronic pain
Diabetes mallitus
Morbid obesity (BMI > 35)
