简要总结
This study is a randomized, parallel-group, multiple-arm trialcomparing the efficacy of cryotherapy, low-level laser therapy, and laser rootcanal treatment in reducing post-endodontic pain in 40 patients with irreversible symptomatic pulpitis.Using the VAS scale, the primary outcome measure will be a reduction inpost-endodontic pain at 6 hours. The secondary outcome will be a reduction in post-endodonticpain at 24,48,72 hours.

- •Maxillary anterior and mandibular premolars with completely formed apex with a single canal.
排除标准
- •Patients with allergic reactions to local anesthetics, NSAIDs, NaOCl
- •Patients who had taken analgesics within the last 3 days
- •Previous root canal treatment
- •Severe periodontal disease
- •Periapical cyst or granuloma 6.
