入选标准
- •All the patients admitted and planned for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy presenting in of Department of Surgery.
- •Patients with both the sex fit for uncomplicated LC
排除标准
- •Acute cholecystitis
- •Patient having papillotomy by ERCP within one month
- •Patients having preoperative nausea & vomiting
- •Patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency
- •History of corticosteroid hypersensitivity
- •Patient receiving corticosteroids or immunosuppressive drugs
- •Patients will be excluded if converted from Laparoscopic cholecystectomy to open procedure
- •Any contraindiction of dexamethasone
